Unfiltered in bottle, filtered in keg.
Ingredients: Water, Barley malt, Wheat (20%), Sugar, Yeast.
First brewed in November 2009. Top-fermented blond bottle conditioned beer. Urthel Saisonničre has a wide range of rich aromas and a subtle bitter taste. at 6.0% abv it is a thirst-quenching beer with a "bite". It produces a beautiful foam head due to the 20% of wheat. To fully enjoy Urthel Saisonničre, first pour half the bottle, then give it a twist (3x) to release the yeast and the wheat from the bottom and then pour the rest of the bottle into the glass.

Pours golden with a frothy cream colored head. The aroma is dominated by yeast, but also with notes of citrus and spices. Straw and yeast in the flavor and the finish is quite dry and sharp. I found the finish on it fairly unpleasant.

Non proprio "irresistibile", diciamo onesta, forse bevuta in condizioni di freschezza migliori dŕ di piů.

Pours with a bright white head and an antique white yellow body. Aroma is all hops. Taste is grains and hops, a modest mix, not too intriguing. A modest brew, lacking in "saison" subtlety.

11.3 oz. bottle. Pours a fluffy white head, over a dark yellow (SRM 4) body....nose is light malts, with a bit of hop spice....taste is light malts, with biscuit, bread, slight sweetness, finishing with a medium hop bitterness....mouth feel is medium to light, carbonation adds a pleasant spritz.. This is a very nice Belgian Blond Ale, with all the characteristics of the style. It would make a good session beer. BJCP 7/3/13/5/7

(bottle) Cloudy, yellow colour with a dense and huge foamy white head. Yeasty, moderately sweet pale malty and slightly sour-wheaty aroma with citric and slightly herbal hops. Quite bitter and slightly sweet flavour, medium bodied with a spritzy carbonation. Yeasty and soft pale malty and wheaty base with subtle fruity notes and a present herbal hops character; dry and bitter-sweet rounded malty and hoppy finish. Nice and almost easy-going one. 25.IX.10

Small bottle from bestillingsutvalget, Vinmonopolet. Big blond lasting cream head. Foggy straw colored body. Nice Belgian-style yeast aroma, bubble-gum and perfumed fruits. Also a scent of mild spices and soft wheaty malts. Light and dry wheaty malt body. Citrus zest and spices, a fair amount of fruity bittering hops. Light without being thin. Fresh and tight on the palate. Hop linger and spice in the finish. A true quencher, very likeable.
