Unfiltered in bottle, filtered in keg.
Ingredients: Water, Barley malt, Wheat (20%), Sugar, Yeast.
First brewed in November 2009. Top-fermented blond bottle conditioned beer. Urthel Saisonnière has a wide range of rich aromas and a subtle bitter taste. at 6.0% abv it is a thirst-quenching beer with a "bite". It produces a beautiful foam head due to the 20% of wheat. To fully enjoy Urthel Saisonnière, first pour half the bottle, then give it a twist (3x) to release the yeast and the wheat from the bottom and then pour the rest of the bottle into the glass.

33cl bottle. So you can get a bottle of this nowadays! Appearance: clear blonde beer full of carbonation. Huge to gushing white head. Somewhat adhesive. Nose: lemon, wood, spices, grains, lots of hops. Taste: very fruity start, goes down really pleasant. Very dry and bitter finish, but after a while the fruit comes back and remains in your mouth a little longer, though now in combination with a strong alcohol taste. The dryness is balanced out nicely, some spices noticeable again (not sure if they were used in the recipe though). A light drinking very enjoyable beer! Edit: had this under the wrong entry, changed it now
