3.3 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 7/20
Aroma is wheat, an earthiness and a hint of citrus. Pours a clear yellow with a mostly diminishing white head and fine lacing. Taste is wheat, dough, and some earth notes with a hint of citrus in the finish. Light bodied with minimal carbonation. Overall, quit enjoyable. Would drink again.

3.9 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Brilliant beer in my opinion. Not to strong, but still enough taste and body with a nice balance between bitter, herbs en fruits.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle (330 ml). Hazy yellow/golden with a medium mostly lasting white head and good lacing. Aroma is yeast and peppery with malt, light honey notes, candi and fruits. Taste is slightly sweet and yeast with peppery notes, honey, candi and light fruits. Light alcohol too. Light bitterness in the finish. Medium body. Good carbonation. Peppery. Dry finish. Really quenching. I’m not sure this is a Saison, but it’s a good and drinkable Belgian.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Sirve bonito dorado turbio, con generosa espuma blanca, persistente que deja elegante encaje. Aroma herbal y floral leve y dulce. Sabor amargo y dulce balanceado, pero falta cuerpo y complejidad.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
From the 11.2 fl. oz. bottle stamped 12:58-K31612. Pale yellow cloudy pour with a quick lasting white fizzy head. An array of aromas including Belgian malts, light fruits, apple, spice, lemon zest, coriander, and earthy hops. The body is medium and decently carbonated. The taste reflects the nose with an added tangy bitterness at the end.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
330ml bottle from Appellation Wines. Pours hazy pale yellow, thick white head that keeps coming, slowly overflowing the half-pint glass I’d poured in to. Aromas have herbal and floral notes, some honey and lemon. Spicy yeast too. Taste is light, creamy, well-balanced between sweet and bitter. Clean finish. Good.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle from The Beerhive. Hazy pale golden body with a medium white head that holds well. Lively carbonation. Nice lacing. Aroma of sea salt, yeast, kiwi fruit and lemon. Dry flavour of lemon, flowers and salty yeast. Medium body with an oily mouthfeel. Soft carbonation. A solid Saison with excellent balance and drinkability, but lacking the complexity of the world’s finest.
