3.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Pours amberish with a nice thick, persistent white head. It was quite clear and gassy (a bit too much so) until I chucked the yeast at the bottom of bottle which thickened it in a nice way. Didn’t get an insane amount apart from fruit and a mix of stuff on the nose, but as of taste, oh my. That’s when this thing gets into it’s nature, starts as coriander and sweet malts, then goes through a crazy explosion of yeast and malts and bubblegum and some hops. The flavour carries on in that Belgian mish-mash and dies into some sort of peppery long finish. It is pretty drinkable, I’d call it a session ale after all.

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 10/20
Minimal white head, hazy and sparkling liquid, pale color. Hay malt, floral hops, and maybe some basement aromas. Light sweer, medium bitter. Light body with thin texture, fizzy beer with bitter finish.

4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Pours a large frothy white head that slowly diminishes. Body is hazy yellow orange, sparkles are visible.
Aroma contains moderate malts (bread, hay), moderate hops (pine, flowers, citrus fruits), light yeasts (barnyard) and grape, raisin, apple, cherry, forest fruits, banana and vanilla.
Flavor is light acidic, then light acidic and light sweet, followed by light acidic, light sweet and light bitter and finishing in light bitter.
Body is medium with creamy texture and soft carbonation.
Fresh, light and fruity. A very good saison.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Sparkling, yeasty blonde. Not to heavy, light and citrus tones. Something different, not a creamy blonde!

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
33 cl bottle at home. The commercial description says to pour it turbid; I didn’t but it does pour a superbly clear, sparkling, pale yellow with a tight white head. Slight aroma of grain, bubblegum(?) and some slight peppery hop. Taste is slightly sweet to begin, then nicely bitter. Some juicy malt and a nice dry finish on a lively palate. Overall, a very nice beer. Very well crafted and eminently drinkable.
