Bottle; Pour is murky dark amber, with an off white head that doesn’t retain at all in this glass. Spicy sweet breads on the nose; this is a brew that shares character with the westmalle dubbel that I just sampled. With that said, there is a distinct booziness present here. Brown sugars, spices, sweet breads, florals, and a bit of burnt malts on the tip of the tongue. This is a nice brew, overall, but slightly lacking.

11.2oz bottle in a Trappist glass. Pours copperish brown with a lacy, cream-colored head. Aroma of lightly roasted malts, a little hint of chocolate and toffee, Belgian spicy yeast, floral hops and some alcohol. Flavor has a little too much alcohol on the finish but the rest of the beer is great. Nice texture. Definitely worth trying.

Cloudy red beer with a white head. Strong sweet caramel malty aroma with chocolate and some floral bitterness as well. Full mouthfeel. Sweet alcoholic flavour with a lot of fruits.

This is big boy beer. Nice spice notes on the nose. Nice sweetness on the tongue without being cloying. Will keep you warm on a cold winters night. This is more of a cognac than a beer. Big taste big alcohol that lingers nicely.

Amber clear pour with floaties and quickly dissapating head. Aroma of caramel,molasses and fruit. Taste is malty with dark fruits and a dry hoppy finish. High alcohol is well hidden in the taste only. Enjoyable beer.

Kirsikanpunainen on Urthel samaranth. Sen vaahdon väri muistuttaa kananmunankuorta. Tuoksu on makean maltainen, hedelmäinen ja hieman mausteinen. Tuoksu on ehkä jopa hieman toffeinen. Maku on makea, hedelmäinen, hieman alkomainen ja hieman mausteinen. Voisi olla hieman paksumpaa tavaraa - onhan voltteja sentään 11,5.

medium amber with a generous head and full lacing. Taste is complex, beginning with raisins/prunes, moving into a sweet carbonated caramel, finishes with a buttery rum taste combine with a polite bitterness. Lots going on here, and worth spending time getting to know.

Pours soft orange copper with one finger sandstone head. Nose is raisiny with some sweet spice and lots of raw Belgian yeast. Super rich and yeasty with lots of raisin and prune and notes of caramel. Pretty full bodied and coating carbonation.
