A nice smelling beer - like fruit. I has a faint fruity-lambic texture in the head, but it becomes too rough. The head may be better than than beer.

(Bottle 33 cl) Amber coloured beer with a rather small head. Spicy, slightly herbal notes with a weak smoked touch. I bet some candi sugar as well. Lots of story-telling on the label. 160501

nice amber colored beer. yeasty, fruity nose. citrus, apricot, fruity, malty and a bit hoppy taste with slightly alcoholic notes. metallic mouthfeel, medium bodied with soft carbonation. good, but not as good as the other Urthels.

A quite nice copper-coloured beer, a little bit of a fruity and malty taste. There is also a sence of soft sweetness. The aftertaste reminds me of a pilsner. (Bottle 33cl)

Bottled @ KØ 2005(ABV 12% according to the festivalprogram): Golden coloured. Dusty. Off white head. Malt, sweetness, elder and cardamom in the nose. Flavour of fruit, spices, malt, sweetness, Is well balanced and has depth. Quite smooth and complex. Alcohol (if its right) is very well hidden. Nice one.

lots of co2 in this baby...cork flew across the room like with a champagne ’pop!’....poured hazy golden with a huge uncontrollable off white head. nose of fruity apples and belgian yeast spices. mouth feel is slightly dry and sultry. spicy hops cling to your soft palate with wheatesque back bone of flavor. earthy citrus overtones. quite good and easy to drink.

750 ml corked and caged bottle pours a dull cloudy amber with a huge frothy off white head that leaves a sticky lacing in my glass. Fruity apple aromas, fruity apple, pear, lemon and bread flavors. Medium bodied with a light and smooth mouthfeel, finishes dry and very drinkable.
