Apr 9, 2002 Amber coloured. Aroma of toffee and a hint of red wine, like in the Flemish red ales. Nicely malty, full bodied, seet with ony low bitterness. This is a wonderfully balanced and complex ale.

Feb 22, 2008 33 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden orange with a dense and collapsing white head. Aroma is toffee dry aroma. Light buttery. Flavour is sweet creamy and malty with a mild buttery note. Smooth and a creamy. Goes into a lingering caramel malt flavour.

Sep 4, 2006 Bottle. Brown-amber colour with an average off-white head and some carbonation. Sweeter yeasty aroma, light fruity, raisins, roasted caramel. Full body, some light sprankling. Finish is light bitter, with some very light sweet-alcoholic touches.
