Bottled. Clear golden with a small white head. Wet paper, alcohol and caramel in the aroma, and a flavor of alcohol, caramel and malt. Medium body. A bit strange taste, but not a bad one. (060929)

(bottle) Clear amber colour with a short foamy tanned head. Moderately sweet nutty caramel-malty aroma with vanilla and a shy background of dried fruits. Medium sweet flavour, medium bodied, smooth carbonated. Malty taste with strong notes of caramel, also raisins. Bitter and slightly hoppy finish. Strange brew, but drinkable.

Nice sweet but also strange kind of aroma. Not a flavor you taste often in a beer, its a very unique beer. Still not figured out what kind of taste it has.

(Bottle 30 cl) Dark amber coloured beer with floating impurities. Nice, creamy and lacing head. Nice notes of dark, roasted malt with hints of caramel and a bitter finish to even things out. I have no idea why this is typecasted as a Flemish Sour, this is just a Bock - but a good one. 020304

Dark copper brown, small creamy tanned head. Roasted malty nose - molasses, burnt malts. Light cold coffee flavor, a bit sweetish. Quite plain.

Bottled. Clear red colour. Small head. Fruity malt aroma, though somewhat weak. Tastes not like a sour ale at all. Rather malty, fruity and sweet. Finishes quite bitter, rather medicine-bitter. Also some notes of minerals and water in the end. Regardless of what style this is, it´s not my kind of beer. Seems somewhat unbalanced. Thanks to bierkoning for this.

Bottle. Quite a sweet raisiny taste, quite flat. Some sourness in the finish. Also got some sticky caramel and soy. Some mineraly like qualities. Not the best Flemish sour i’ve had, but it had its interesting points. A bit sweet.

Dark amber with a white head. Sweet slightly tart aroma. Malty yeasty taste. Medium bodied, drinkable but a bit sweet for me.
