Bottled. Clear red colour. Small head. Fruity malt aroma, though somewhat weak. Tastes not like a sour ale at all. Rather malty, fruity and sweet. Finishes quite bitter, rather medicine-bitter. Also some notes of minerals and water in the end. Regardless of what style this is, it´s not my kind of beer. Seems somewhat unbalanced. Thanks to bierkoning for this.

Bottle. Quite a sweet raisiny taste, quite flat. Some sourness in the finish. Also got some sticky caramel and soy. Some mineraly like qualities. Not the best Flemish sour i’ve had, but it had its interesting points. A bit sweet.

Dark amber with a white head. Sweet slightly tart aroma. Malty yeasty taste. Medium bodied, drinkable but a bit sweet for me.

Copper coloured, fair head. Little bit tart aroma. Quite sweet malty flavour, just a little bit sour.

A deep red beer with a beutiful beige head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of grain and yeast. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of nuts, caramel, hop oils combined with a slight acidicness. It has a good bitterness, that turns prickling in the end. A really nice tasting beer.

This is definitely not a flemish sour ale. More like a Dutch Oud Bruin, which is sweet and malty. So, sweet and malty brew, skunky. I don't like it.

Fruity aroma. Brown-amber coloured, loads of bubbles in the beer. Not much head. Fruity, sour flavor, bit winey, malty, some bitterness. Sour palate.

Best until 3/02. Orange brown color, hardly any head left. Vinous, raisinny aroma. Sherry flavor coming up, with raisin. Some hops and licorice. Past its peak, but still very drinkable.

An unusual brew. It is quite sweet and atificial. It is not as complex as most other good Flemish sour ales.

This is a very sweet and quite fruity brew. It reminds me a lot of Bourgougne Des Flandres. It lacks the acidity and sourness of a good Flemish Sour Ale.
