Nice sweet but also strange kind of aroma. Not a flavor you taste often in a beer, its a very unique beer. Still not figured out what kind of taste it has.

3.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 18/20
Bottle, 6%. Sour, fruity aroma, a bit like and oud bruin. Almost clear chestnut colour. Unstable light brown head. The flavour is sweetish and quite malty with a hint of roasted malts. Like a nice dubbel.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
(Bottle 30 cl) Dark amber coloured beer with floating impurities. Nice, creamy and lacing head. Nice notes of dark, roasted malt with hints of caramel and a bitter finish to even things out. I have no idea why this is typecasted as a Flemish Sour, this is just a Bock - but a good one. 020304

Bottle 30cl. Hazy medium amber, smal frothy light beige head, settles after a whike, good lacing; sweet malty aroma, caramel, raisins, brown sugar, Bastogne cookies, light licorice, bit honey, cinnamon, apple treacle (rinse appelstroop); taste light heavy sweet, medium bitter, toffee, treacle; meddium body, oily to sticky texture, aftertaste sweetbitter, bitter orange, bit toasted, spicy notes; a nice and tasty yet somewhat underrated Dutch speciality beer.
