Clear, golden color, white frothy head. Aroma flowery, spice, malts. Medium almost full body. Taste fruity, sweet, a bit bitter, long dry finish.
Doesn’t looks and taste like a white beer. For me it’ more like a tripel.
Not bad.

0.75 l bottle. Hazy yellow to brown color. Wheaty, parfumy, honeyish, peppery and slightly phenolic aroma. Sweetish, peppery, honeyish and grainy flavor with woody spiciness and some alcohol. Bittersweet finish with orange and some soapy coriander notes.

Bottled. Hazy orange colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is earth, yeast and fruits. Flavour is metal, yeast, earth and slight fruits. Flavour is a lot of spices. Big yeasty finish.

UPDATED: JUL 6, 2007 Bottled. Cloudy golden, rich head. Minerally orangey nose. Dry with rounded mouthfeel. Rather slim bodied and yeasty, notes of estery winegums. Lightly salty finish with notes of mustard seeds.

Slightly hazy orange color, steady off-white head. Dry wheaty, slightly yeasty aroma. Smooth carbonated mouthfeel. Spicey (coriander) with sweetish notes, in the finish nicely hoppy. Reasonable witbier.

(Bottled, 0.75l) Opaque yellow with a smallish head. Sweetish, pear-cidery aroma with some witbier spiciness. Wheaty, slightly sweet-sour flavor with coriander and some hops in the finish. Light to medium-bodied with soft carbonation. A quite decent witbier, although not very refreshing.

Dark yellow colored, little white head. Slightly cloudy appearance. Banana, yeast and wheat in aroma, some spices also there. Medium bodied. Flavor is richer with mild alcohol, banana, sweet honey tones, some yeast and carbonation.
Aftertaste is long and wonderful. A great beer!!!!!!!

(0.75L) Dark yellow colored, little white head. Slightly cloudy appearance. Banana, yeast and wheat in aroma, some spices also there. Medium bodied. Flavor is richer with mild alcohol, banana, sweet honey tones, some yeast and carbonation. Aftertaste turns out to be short with some spices and alcohol.

Tap, In De Wildemann Amsterdam November 2006. Hazy gold, thin but lasting off white head and moderate condition. Good fruity tart nose with touches of banana and spicy cloves, full bodied in the mouth with a pleasing sweet yeastiness balanced by a citric fruitiness and more spicy cloves. Lingering dry finish with more yeast and spices.
