Dark yellow colored, little white head. Slightly cloudy appearance. Banana, yeast and wheat in aroma, some spices also there. Medium bodied. Flavor is richer with mild alcohol, banana, sweet honey tones, some yeast and carbonation.
Aftertaste is long and wonderful. A great beer!!!!!!!

Very small bourwerij - the make the same in a year as Heineke a hour!!
The Beer er Creamy, sweet flavour, nice fruits and my best beer (of ca. 100 different) in this sommer!!

UPDATED: OCT 16, 2005 On draught. Excellent white, reasonably complex for a witbier. Wheats and (citrus)fruits are present, nice mildness that never gets boring.

Tap, In De Wildemann Amsterdam November 2006. Hazy gold, thin but lasting off white head and moderate condition. Good fruity tart nose with touches of banana and spicy cloves, full bodied in the mouth with a pleasing sweet yeastiness balanced by a citric fruitiness and more spicy cloves. Lingering dry finish with more yeast and spices.

Bottled, 75cl champagne-cork. Unclear, golden with a nice white head. Wheat, some alcohol, malt and spice in the aroma. The flavor has wheat, spicyness, bitterness and sugar. Medium body and a finish with some medicine-like bitterness and alcohol. A nice beer, almost like a wheat-beer meets Belgian blond. (060929)

Citrus aroma with some spices. Cloudy yellow coloured with a lasting frothy head. Refreshing taste; wheaty, citrus and some spices. Good mouthfeel.

Clear, golden color, white frothy head. Aroma flowery, spice, malts. Medium almost full body. Taste fruity, sweet, a bit bitter, long dry finish.
Doesn’t looks and taste like a white beer. For me it’ more like a tripel.
Not bad.

750 ml bottle. Golden and hazy. Medium-sized white fine-laced head. Citrusy nose with grassy hops. Mellow floral flavours with a rich velvety wheaty background. Belgian yeast notes. Some sharp characteristics from the yeast. Alcohol warmth is noticeable. Smooth texture. Very rich. High carbonation level.

Bottle. Frothy white excellent mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Powerfull aroma with loads of fruity esters dominated by banana. Moderate bitter flavor. Citrus-notes. Long nice moderate bitter finsih. Creamy palate. Excellent witt.
