May 22, 2008 Bottle. Very malty (dark malt), light coffee, light sour. Small brown foamy head, fast and fully diminishing, dark red-brown body. Moderate sweet, average duration. Medium to full body, creamy and syrupy texture, soft carbonation. Nice dark Bokbeer!

Feb 29, 2008 Bottle: Clear, dark ruby-amber coloured, mid-sized off-white head, slowly diminishing and lacing; solid sweet dark-malty and roast-malty nose with traces of coffee plus a fruity touch; solid sweet-bitter flavour, medium bodied; traces of roasted malt in the drier malty bitter finish. Dark brown muddy color, no head. Coffeish and chocolaty dark bread aroma. Suprisingly watery brew - light dry flavor of nuts, woody spices and dried fruits. Like beer where taste has faded away. Dissapointing product from Us Heit.
