Copper mid brown coloured with a malty aroma. Creamy on the palate with some alcohol present. Fruit flavour. Bitter with a slightly dry hop finish.

Amber mid brown coloured with a fruit aroma. Slightly bitter crisp malt finish.

Oct 25, 2004 Cask Conditioned at The Red Lion, Cropredy. Dark Amber beer with rich white head. This is a thick malty beer with a sugary biscuit base and a hint of fungus. Some dark forest fruit notes and a little bitterness, but overall very moderate.

Clouded reddish amber hue. Mild biscuity malt aroma. Sweet shortbread malty palate, moderate fruitiness, very little finish.

Oct 13, 2004 Cask conditioned @ Oktoberfest, JD Wetherspoons, High Wycombe. Not go good. A little sweet, a little fruity & some bitterness but tasted perhaps like it’s towards the end of it’s life. I Didn’t finish this one.
