Also available in 440ml pasteurised cans, which have a separate listing. After Ushers closed their brewery in 2000 (but continued as a pub company, renamed to Innspired Pubs), the beer brands were taken on by Refresh UK and contract brewed at several locations, including Thomas Hardy and Wadworths. From Summer 2004 this beer and the packaged beers have been brewed at Wadworth. Easy drinking and thirst quenching, Best Bitter is particularly popular in the West Country. 'The Best Of The West'. Slightly floral hop with a malty taste and moderate bitterness make for easy drinking.
