May 5, 2008 Bottle, 5.7% as Ustersbacher 400 Jahre. Subtle hop aroma, slightly soapy. Clear golden colour. Very small white head. The aroma hop flavour is nice enough, but there are also some rough notes in there.

Apr 28, 2008 (33cl bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a short foamy white layer. Sweet and grainy malty nose with light herbal accents. Sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a crispy mouthfeel. Strawy, slightly grainy and a bit doughy taste; sweetish, slightly bitter and a bit short finish. Not bad, just a bit exchangeable (28.04.08).

Aug 10, 2006 A yellow beer with a beige head. The aroma is sweet malty combined with notes of grain and dusty notes from the hops. The flavor is sweet grainy, leading to a dry slightly bitter end that also contains notes of straw.
