Utenos Alus / Beer

Bottle: Pour a golden color with white foamy head. Sour citrus with a cardboard/paper hint. Taste is sweet almost corn pops cereal with a light hoppy metalic finish.

Bottle. Golden with a dense white foam. Aromas are corn and sweet citrus with herbal and metal notes. Flavours are sweet buttery malts with light tropical fruit and a dry finish. Mediocre.

Bottle from 24hr shop in Southgate. Very metallic, skunky and harsh herbal blood like hopping. Not too hot.

Bottle brown, 500 ml
Appearance: Pours medium gold, the body of the beer is not clear, hazy, head is foamy, head is small and quickly diminishing to a small layer floating on the body, head colour is white, body is hazy, carbonation is very low, the beer is almost flat as the carbonation goes to head what is discovering is that the body is hazy and there is very low carbonation.
Aroma: A kind of honey, refreshing citrusy hops, rather weak malted barley notes, a kind of chalk and milk, dust.
Flavour: Chalk, rice, hops refreshing, lemon, grapefruit, not that dry as Svyturys Extra, but still a bit grainy, bready (white bread), flour, a kind of some not typicall fruit or spice like bergamot (earl grey tea like), bitter, finish duration is average.
Palate: Body is light to medium, texture is rather dry, carbonatio on palate is soft, finish feel is grainy, chalky, bitter, dry, light alcoholic, citrusy.

Clear pale straw color, small white head. Sweet sugary scnet, also applesauce. Sweet sugary and candy taste. Moussy mouthfeel, low bitterness.
