Aroma of roasted malt. Fairly full body with notes of hard roasted malt, some light caramel and an alcoholic finish. OK as such, but really just a strong Dunkel. 280706 yespr (12443), Copenhagen O, Denmark

A good example of bottom fermented Baltic Style Porter. Less overwhelming and alcoholic than some Polish porters.

Sweet malty aroma with a hint of alcohol and some chocolate. Sweetness, liquorice, coffee, chocolate and dark fruits in the taste. Quite a dry finish. MiP (9162), Sønderborg, Denmark
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Feb 28, 2008 Bottle, 6.8%. Fruity, vinous aroma. Nicely roasted flavour, creamy and vinous. Some port. Barley bitterness, but hidden by alcohol. Could have done with a lot less fruit. oh6gdx (9153), Vasa, Finland
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Aug 19, 2006 Bottled. Darkish ruby red colour, big beige creamy head. Aroma of plums, syrup and caramel. Some weak alcohol also noteable. Flavour is smoked caramel malts, with smoke/ashes in the finish and aftertaste. Alcohol completely hidden in the flavour. Once it gets a bit warmer, the flavour get some tarry notes also to the smoke/ashes. Good Baltic porter in my opinion, though the aroma was a bit more like a sweet dunkel. The palate is great, though a bit sticky after a while. joergen (8714), Frederiksberg, Denmark
