Grew up drinking this stuff in huge 16 oz ípoundersí, and still like it. It is good cheap beer. It does have a pretty good taste. Compared to national brands like Bud and Coors, UC has a decent taste and is very drinkable. Goes well with pickled products like eggs, sausages or prok hocks.

LOL!! Is this horse piss still made? When I was working in Western New York State in the 70ís, this was the ídesperationí beer you bought if for some reason you couldnít find Genesee. Iíll give it one thing - it had character. Horrible character, but at least it had *some* character. Compare to Miller or Blatz, for example.

I canít believe this beer is rated as highly as it is. Whatís wrong with you people!!!! We drank this beer while playing some sort of drinking monopoly game. You can go wrong to drink this.

I remember 24 years ago this beer tasted so bad, my friends and I threw it in the Gennese river. This made Gennese beer seem premium.

Typical beer. Pretty watery tasting. But it was the first beer I ever tried. It grows on you.
