COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Užavas gaišais alus radīts, apvienojot labākās dzīvā alus darīšanas tradīcijas. Tā nemainīgi augsto kvalitāti apliecina dabiskās izejvielas – ūdens, apiņi, iesals, raugs. Alum piemīt maigi rūgtena apiņu garša un gaisīgs apiņu aromāts. Iekārojamu vizuālo raksturu alum piešķir izteikti saulaina dzintara nokrāsa. Užavas gaišais alus - alkohola saturs 4,6%, nesatur konservantus, netiek filtrēts un pasterizēts. Fasējums-nerūsējošā tērauda mucās un 0,5 l stikla pudelēs.

This is a good drinking lager. I had it on draught in Riga. It reminded me a lot of the Sam Adams Lager. It had a similar floral hop bouquet and balanced flavor. Very good option if you’re drinking in Riga.

Draught "live beer"
Golden, a bit hazy, white small head, lace. Very light grassy aroma. Malty, carbonated mouthfeel, sweetish with not much of hops. Typical East European lager. This is drinkable one.

Slightly hazy golden colour. Odd toasty, malty, grainy aroma. Smooth shortcakey malt flavour. Soft herbal hoppiness carries things forward. Clean, gentle, subtle.

Golden colored with little head. Rather sweet and malty aroma with some yeast too. Again this traditional baltic skunky lager flavor, not my favorite. No carbonation, very dry ending with bitter hops. Somehow skunky aftertaste, although dry ending is nice.
