COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Užavas gaišais alus radīts, apvienojot labākās dzīvā alus darīšanas tradīcijas. Tā nemainīgi augsto kvalitāti apliecina dabiskās izejvielas – ūdens, apiņi, iesals, raugs. Alum piemīt maigi rūgtena apiņu garša un gaisīgs apiņu aromāts. Iekārojamu vizuālo raksturu alum piešķir izteikti saulaina dzintara nokrāsa. Užavas gaišais alus - alkohola saturs 4,6%, nesatur konservantus, netiek filtrēts un pasterizēts. Fasējums-nerūsējošā tērauda mucās un 0,5 l stikla pudelēs.

visionthing (3401) - Oslo, NORWAY - JAN 5, 2014
50cl bottle from Riga International Airport. Pours clear golden with a finger thick, but pretty fast dissipating white head. Moderate fruity and malty aroma with notes of honey. Moderate sweet with rather nice fruitiness and a light bitterness tingling in the finish. Rather nice for being a pale lager.

Eructoblaster (3294) - Gatineau, Quebec, CANADA - JUN 30, 2013
On tap at Salve Restorans (Riga). Blond body with an average carbonation and a good white foamyécreamy head. Fresh malty/hoppy aroma with herbal and bready hints. Taste is rather thin but not bad. It carries herbal notes and ends with a short bitter finish. Decent Lager.

On keg at Lido in Riga. Pours a light golden colour with a fair white head. Aroma of caramel, barley, bready yeast and grassy hops. Similar flavours with a caramel linger. Mild carbonation and CO2 prickle. OK.

These east European lagers are made from the same mold. Clear golden, medium head, aroma and flavor are both very light and mostly malts.

mzaar (1959) - Varberg, SWEDEN - JUL 28, 2014
Flaska @ Don Basil, Ventspils. Klar guldfärgad med vitt skum. Dofter av säd, malt och majs. Smakar förvĺnansvärt bra för att vara en lager, där en viss honungssötma bryter in bakom säd och vitt bröd. Medelkolsyrig. Lättdrucken.

suurjuust (1618) - ESTONIA - JUL 3, 2012
Pale straw, medium head that quickly disappears. Nose has some floral notes, some sweetness, but unfortunately the papery-rubbery malt dominates the whole thing. Taste is an improvement over the aroma, it has some fairly nice and crisp malt to it, with some honey sweetness. Weak bitterness in the finish. Somewhat oily mouthfeel, some prickling by the CO2. This could be a premium lager if it had just a touch more body.

TEJA (1536) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - FEB 28, 2009
Medium foam that lasts a long time. A almost pale ale color. Small dry malty aroma. Fresh taste witha good high bitterness. Rather short taste without any hop taste.

Tranquillity (1451) - Amsterdam, NETHERLANDS - DEC 10, 2007
Draught. A bit hazy, yellow-honey colour, thick white uneven head. Aroma of honey and nuts. Taste quite good, with some tar-notes. Honey and bitter malt dominates.
