3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
0.5 l bottle. Golden color, OK head. Sweetish, honeyish and toffeish aroma. The taste has notes of malt, honey, herbal-fruity hops and medium bitterness. Soft palate. Clearly above average baltic lager with fair amount of hops.

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
50cl bottle from Riga International Airport. Pours clear golden with a finger thick, but pretty fast dissipating white head. Moderate fruity and malty aroma with notes of honey. Moderate sweet with rather nice fruitiness and a light bitterness tingling in the finish. Rather nice for being a pale lager.

1.7 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 7/20
Bottle from Deya, Burton. Really bad. Popcorn, pure butter, greased honeycomb. Way too sweet. Soft gobfeel. All over the shop. Some cherry fizz bomb, fool.

Very cool too. NOt so tasty as the other, maybe I should have tried in different order. But the qualiy amazes me. I hear good things about them from other people.

These east European lagers are made from the same mold. Clear golden, medium head, aroma and flavor are both very light and mostly malts.

2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
On tap at Salve Restorans (Riga). Blond body with an average carbonation and a good white foamyécreamy head. Fresh malty/hoppy aroma with herbal and bready hints. Taste is rather thin but not bad. It carries herbal notes and ends with a short bitter finish. Decent Lager.

2.6 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Golden colored with little head. Rather sweet and malty aroma with some yeast too. Again this traditional baltic skunky lager flavor, not my favorite. No carbonation, very dry ending with bitter hops. Somehow skunky aftertaste, although dry ending is nice.

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Look; big off white head, lot of lacing, clear golden body. Aroma; sweet grains, toffeeish malts, attic hops, some floral perfume and sweetness. Taste; bread, round soft sweet malts, floral hops, whiskeyish grains, leading to a bready finish. Normal body and soft carbonation. Overall not bad. On keg at Lido in Riga. Pours a light golden colour with a fair white head. Aroma of caramel, barley, bready yeast and grassy hops. Similar flavours with a caramel linger. Mild carbonation and CO2 prickle. OK.
