Užavas gaišais alus radīts, apvienojot labākās dzīvā alus darīšanas tradīcijas. Tā nemainīgi augsto kvalitāti apliecina dabiskās izejvielas – ūdens, apiņi, iesals, raugs. Alum piemīt maigi rūgtena apiņu garša un gaisīgs apiņu aromāts. Iekārojamu vizuālo raksturu alum piešķir izteikti saulaina dzintara nokrāsa. Užavas gaišais alus - alkohola saturs 4,6%, nesatur konservantus, netiek filtrēts un pasterizēts. Fasējums-nerūsējošā tērauda mucās un 0,5 l stikla pudelēs.

50cl bottle from Riga International Airport. Pours clear golden with a finger thick, but pretty fast dissipating white head. Moderate fruity and malty aroma with notes of honey. Moderate sweet with rather nice fruitiness and a light bitterness tingling in the finish. Rather nice for being a pale lager.

The beer has quite a lot of foam for a pilsener. The foam is rough and white. Nice. The color of the beer is golden yellow. The beer is crystal clear. The smell has also some of this strawberry. There is also a nice hoppy aroma. Quite nice. The strawberry is also in the taste. It is quite a nice beer. It is pilsener, with an extra dimension. All the love to Latvia.

Sweet and slightly tart malt aroma. The taste is malty with a distinct hops character. The aftertaste has a nice dry hops bitterness reminiscent of a Pilsner. The tastiest Latvian beer I have tasted to date! Not Bad!

Pale straw, medium head that quickly disappears. Nose has some floral notes, some sweetness, but unfortunately the papery-rubbery malt dominates the whole thing. Taste is an improvement over the aroma, it has some fairly nice and crisp malt to it, with some honey sweetness. Weak bitterness in the finish. Somewhat oily mouthfeel, some prickling by the CO2. This could be a premium lager if it had just a touch more body.

Pretty good for a PL, the yeasty, almost bready flavor of "living beer" is characteristic, and generally welcome. A bit hoppy at the end though

Look; big off white head, lot of lacing, clear golden body. Aroma; sweet grains, toffeeish malts, attic hops, some floral perfume and sweetness. Taste; bread, round soft sweet malts, floral hops, whiskeyish grains, leading to a bready finish. Normal body and soft carbonation. Overall not bad. Very nice golden pour with frothy head. Apricots and hops leads to honey and a final bitterness. Decent.

On keg at Lido in Riga. Pours a light golden colour with a fair white head. Aroma of caramel, barley, bready yeast and grassy hops. Similar flavours with a caramel linger. Mild carbonation and CO2 prickle. OK.

Bottle @ DŘE Meeting, Ĺrhus. Pours light yellow with a white head. Aroma of malt, grain, grass, light sugary. Flavour of malt, grain, sugar, grass, sweet at first but ends with a fine bitterness. Thin body, lively carbonation. 230912
