Gold 500 ml can purchased at the Vín Búđ - Kringlan, Reykjavik, Iceland. Pour is clear pale yellow golden with a big fluffy white head. Tons of carbonation bubbles. Aroma of fruity sweet malt and some corn graininess. Taste is pretty blah, straight forward Pale Lager. Some corniness to the finish. Not much too this one.

Canned at Petelax Beer Festival. Clear pale yellow, airy head. Papery and syrupy. Sweet and metallic with uncelan swetay fruit flavour. To call it mediocre would be an overstatement. This is awful.

(Canned) Slightly hazy, pale yellow color with a small, lacy head. Pale-malty, lightly grassy-hoppy aroma. Lightly honey-malty flavor with some mushrooms and grassy hops in the finish. Light body with slightly fizzy carbonation. Harmless, but quite drinkable.

500 ml can courtesy of theisti. Thanks for the can, Tim. Pours a crystal clear pale yellow with a loose, frothy white head and tons lots of rising bubbles. The nose is of hay, sweet, grainy malt and a some light, grassy hops. Light-bodied and thin with surprisingly soft carbonation and a crisp, mildly dry finish. The taste follows the nose with a light sweet corn note added to the mix. This is a pretty middle of the road lager. It’s a notch above most macros but not nearly as good as the Egils Premium (another Icelandic Premium Lager) that I tried about a week ago.
