Bottle at a ChrisO Tasting - London. Pours cloudy gold with a fluffy, white head. Herbs, grass, honey and other sugars in the nose. Spices. Medium sweet flavor, quite spicy, some doughy malts, light caramel, mild herbal hops. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Sweet finish, some honey, dankness, dough. Nice overall.

Bottle from rosenbergh, kiitos. Hazy orange golden color with medium off-white head. Aroma of malt, honey, bee wax, spices. Sweet malty taste, with anise, licorice, honey, some spices. Sweet finish. Tasty beer.

Aroma has lots of honey, bread, hay. Hazy honey hyellow, white head is gone sooner than u wished for. Taste has also lots of nice fresh honey, some balancing hoppiness, sweetness balanced with crisp hoppiness works well. Medium body, soft, good palate. Gave what the name suggested (honeybock) and it works.

[Thanks to oh6gdx]. Cloudy golden colour with a minimal off-white head. Aroma has notes of honey. Flavour is slightly bittery, with a medium sweetness and notes of honey. Carbonation and body are medium.

Bottled, thanks oh6gdx! Hazy golden, small head. Distinct aroma of eucalyptus and menthe. Mid sweet with medium body and well rounded mouthfeel. Lots of eucaluptus honey, some cookie malt. Low bitterness.

Light unclear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, honey, flowers. Flavour is moderate to light heavy sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, flowery honey. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120506]

Bottle from Tbone, thanks! Pale amber color, hazy. Butter, toffee and pear in the aroma. Sweet flavor, aslmost sugary with anis, licorice and pear drups. Weird bock.
