Corked bottle
Deep blond color. Delicate aroma, both woody and lightly sour. Medium dry mouthfeel, with tarty woody astringency, a clean flavor of red apples peel and very light vanilla, some dry apple juice flavor too. At the end, despite some fruity sweetness, some tannic astringency still wraps the mouth. Good.

Dark golden clear body, white head; Nice balanced nose of apple and yeast, a little to sweet though; Super full carbonation, thin a little to sweet and a harsh touch in the body; Medium long dry harsh finish, apple and yeast dry and simple.

Had a bottle of this in the Brasserie Armoricaine at St Malo. Fabulous food at 1970’s prices. Went to the address on the label and took a load home. Needs laying down for a few weeks after travel then is excellent with great fruit, raisin and elderflower undertones and a decent floral finish, though not long. Just over £1.00 a bottle if you go and collect.

Pours a clear golden. Nice dry and sourish cider. Apple aromas plus a little earth, rasin and mildew. Short dry finish. Fresh and easy going.
