Cydr z Bretanii. Musujacy, ozezwiajacy i ciut kwaskowato slodki. Przefermentowany odpowiednio dobrze. koloru ciemno zoltego. Wyraznie jablkowo cytrusowy w smaku. piana szybko sie tworzy i znika ale to wiadomo jak w szampanie. Zgrabna etykieta i solidny korek.

(75 cl bottle from a farmer’s boutique on Amtsvejen near Ølsted; BBD: January 2014; L12198) Pours an orange golden mostly clear with off-white head that recedes immediately leaving little spots of film on the surface. Aroma is apple with no noticeable wood or sugar. Lively carbonation, moderately dry but with a slightly sweet finish. Flavour has more wood and a bit of sweetness in the finish as already mentioned. Decent but my personal preference is for something bonedry and with more barrel notes.

pours light golden orange with quickly dissipating small head and lots of activity. Very faint apple juice on the nose. Attack: rich 8/10-sweetness, fizzy Mid-palate: pleasant tanginess, light sour fermented red apple, light yeast Finish: mild bitter alcohol, off-dry, woody exhale, medium tannic/tart finish This one is by far has the most complex textures of the three and is the one I like the most.
