Bottle. Amber, fine champagne pearls, a bit of off-white head. Dry apples grass and hay aromatics, Mellow chewy dry mouthfeel, falls a little bit flat on the palate, otherwise elegant and pleasant to drink.

Bottle from Vin- og delikatessehuset, Holstebro. Clear amber with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, apples, notes of sulphur and tart. Flavor is medium sweet and light acidic. Dry and light acidic finish. 120313

Bottle, 5%. Clear amber with tiny off-white head. Aroma is apples, fruit, little juice and a little sulfur. Flavour is apples, little sulfur, medium dry, little sweet, fruit and a little acid.

Pours golden with a white head. Aroma is red and green apples, light acidic. Flavour is dry, red and green apple and light acidic.

Yellow pale with fizzling white head. Aromas earthy, apples. Palate is watery carbonation sparkling and smooth. Taste is tart, earthy and leathery with nice dry finish. Refreshing and quite enjoyable.

Bottle @ a french fair in Prague. Swedish apple juice. Some dryness in the aftertaste. Simple but nice.

Boule at the Breizh Cafe, Nagoya. Fresh apple aroma. Very ripe flavor--some honey, quite sweet, but clean and refreshing. A bit spicy too. Simple but tasty and good.

250ml bottle, 5% abv, found at a food market in Paris. Nice orange with plenty of carbonation, modest amount of head. Aroma of mouldy cheese and sweet apples, maybe some fried egg in there too. Taste is a soft and dry cider, no sweetness, and a dry champagne-like finish. Quite nice.
