Clear light to medium yellow orange colour with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate apple, apple stewed, wood notes. Flavour is moderate to light heavy sweet with a average to long duration, apple, sweet apples, apple stewed. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20120414]

Medium yellow coloured and clear Has a white head, fully diminishing. Aroma has a lot of sweet, ripe apples, nice. Flavor is heavy sweet, finish is sweet too. Syrupy texture and soft carbonation. Light astringent.

Bottle. Clear deep golden with tiny white head. Aroma is apples and fruit. Flavour is apples, medium sweet, medium dry, fruit, medium carbonation and a little citric.
