Botella. Clear deep golden colour. Lovely apple fruity rubber aroma. Good mouthfeel. Pleasant apple fruity flavour, some rubber, sweet. Nice apple finish.

Bottle (75 cl), courtesy of Nisse666. Hazy golden, small white head. Ripe yellow apple aroma, some butter, some wood. Medium bodied, medium carbonation. Dry, low acidity, some peel bitterness.

Cloudy orange color, small white head. Nice mellow apple scent. Tart, dry, apple taste. Dry tart finish, tart dry mouthfeel.
Not bad.

75 cl bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is dry sulphorish and apple peels. Medium dry, crisp apples fruity, light sulphorish and lingering apples finish.

Gyllene i färgen med bubbligt vitt skum. Doftar och smakar härligt av krisp äpple, unkna och övermogna äpplen, liten sötma och lång torr avslutning.

Bottled. A dark golden cider with a huge off-white head. The aroma has notes of apples and vinegar. The flavor is sweet with a strong acidic edge and strong notes of apples and vinegar, leading to a tart finish.

Lovely, clear, orange body with the regular small, very short-lived, fizzy, white head that doesn’t lace the glass. The aroma is strong and very inviting, with obvious notes of fermented apples, sweet fruits, sour notes and faint leather and barnyard. Nice! The taste is moderate sweet and light sour. Strong flavours of fermented apples and barnyard. Even if I can’t put my finger on more than two components, the flavour profile is quite complex. Extremely dry on the palate, but it’s a very pleasant dryness. Lively carbonation and quite light body. A very nice cider that I find unusually complex for such a low ABV.
