Clear medium yellow orange colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate apple, dry apples, sweet apple, woody apples. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet with a average to long duration, apples, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20120414]

Bottle. Clear golden with small diminsihing white head. Aroma is apples and fruit. Flavour is apples, fruit, medium sweet, quite dry and a little citric.

Bottle 75 cl. Medium head with short duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are sweet apples, juice and notes of citrus. Sweet finish.

Bottle bought in a supermarket in Lyon, France. Nose-chalky cheese, apples, light Band-Aid and wild fermentation. Body-just like apple juice. Taste-apple juice, medium to high sweetness, very light funk and Band-Aid, really not so much of a cider as it is a bottle of apple juice. 2% just isn’t enough o change this from apple juice to cider. A high ranking apple juice, but not so much a cider.

Bottle thanks to Lumpy. Pours yellow with a wisp of a white head. Light sharp apple notes in the nose. Sweet taste of apples and butter. Lightly carbonated.

Bottle thanks to Lumpy. Look is golden and clear not really any head. Smell is apple, fruits, not much else there. Taste is good but not complex and missing just a little.
