So was gefällt mir dann doch ganz gut. Schön süffig, mild, reife Äpfel, ein nicht unangenehmer Teil Zucker und die Perlung ist ebenso ausgegliochen. Mag ich.

Sample from Erzengel - many thanks! The cidre has got a clear deep golden colour with a smooth body. Aroma of sweet apples, red apples and caramel. Taste of ripe red apples, sweetness, sugar, caramel and honey. Sweet finish with a gentle carbonation. Good one, enjoyed it.

Val de Rance IGP Bretagne Cidre Bouché Doux Pours a mildly hazy honey color with a small light tan ring. The smell is fresh tart apples, some earthiness. The taste is starts out apple juice sweet with dryness coming in during the middle with a lightly dry finish. Light+ in body with nice prickly carbonation.

Sweetish-tart apples in the nose. The cider starts sweetish, easy to drink. Not too tart, nice but low tannins, fruity. A bit like tart apple juice with a few tannins. The aftertaste is fruity-sweetish, a bit tart-adstrigent, nice-round. A good doux 2% cider.

250 ml bottle. BBE Sep/15. (Prisma) Tampere, Finland.
Cloudy orange red colour with a tiny white head. Earthy apple aroma with red apple notes and some sweetness. Not too sweet though. Apple jam, apple marmalade, red apple and lots of sweetness in the flavour. The flavour is a bit too sweet for me. But it’s not thin at all being only 2%.

Dark amber colour, some yeast, lightly bubbly. Too sweet for me, but very tasty and enjoyable

Bottled (from S-Market Maalahti). Reddish orange colour, with a huge bubbly spritzy head, that vanishes in a few seconds with a nice fizzy sound to it. Aroma is farmyard, some sweet apples along with some yeast. Flavour is sweet apples, toffee, some yeast and a bit ripe apples. Very tasty and surprisingly wellbodied for being only 2 %. Rich carbonation ledel.

Bottle. Pours a peach red orange with a surprisingly big head that even lasts a bit as a blanket. Aroma is sweet and tart apples, some sugar. Saliva-inducing. Taste is semi-sweet with apple, somewhat tart, lightly yeasty. Very nice. The strong carbonation masks the fairly light body surprisingly well. A nice surprise.

Bottle 25 cl. Pours somewhat unclear goldenbronze in color with a small head. Ripe apples, hints of earthy and chalky notes in aroma. Juicy apples with some slightly tart notes in taste. Quite tasty for such a low abv. Sweetish apple fruity with dry chalky notes in aftertaste.
