bought it because I wanted to try the cider of Normandy while I’m in france, and it was the most expensive at the Supermarket, but still only 2.90. Aroma is a mix of apples and acid. pouts a hazy orangish yellow with carbonation that is more active than anything that I have ever seen, but it calms down a bit after a couple of minutes. flavor is appels with an astringent touch. It becomes more enjoyable as you drink it. I prefer it to the biere de gardes that I’ve had so far. I like the palate. Its as bubbly as soda, but with more body so its not just bubbly water in your mouth. Not bad
