Like a abbey beer, but much simpler. Nice head with ok duration. Color is golden amber and a bit cloudy.

Fried onion aroma, perhaps due to Engelsmanns supper. Amber colour, small head. Decent ambree.

Dark golden colour with a small white head. Weak malty aroma and a sweet malty caramel taste. Medium body and a sweet finish.

JorisPPattyn (6426) - Antwerpen, BELGIUM - MAR 7, 2005
Draught Amber with olive shine, seems to feature a very slight cold haze; very luxurious, dense yellowish head. Nose of "Belgian pickles", not too vinegary, however, milder. Grain & pale malts taking over, whiff of caramel. Caramel, dull sweet taste, adjunct-like. Bit of parsley and greenery. Ends a bit livelier. Slight burning sensation, palate starts empty, but fills in after given time to warm up. Probably served way too cold, but I’m rather afraid of what might be coming up with warming... underimpressed.

Amber coloured. Very bready aroma. The flavour is also very bready. Thin and light bodied. Very bad.

Ungstrup (22906) - Oamaru, NEW ZEALAND - APR 11, 2004
This beer has an ugly darm amber color but an OK head. The aroma is sweet malty and the flavor is boring malty with no body and only a slight bitterness. This beer lacks complexity.
