Bottle at home. Hazy light yellow with a large white head, nice lacings. Arome medium malty (caramel, notes of cloves), light yeasty (fruity). Flavor medium sweet, mediun bitter and soicy. Medium to full body. Rellay nice.

330ml served in a Trappist glass. A: Pours an orange to beige color. Very cloudy. Forms a big white fluffy head. Good retention. In fact, a small layer remains forever and many lacing are left in the glass S: Very yeasty. Honey and sweet malts. A bit spicy too with hints of pepper T: Sweet malts, honey and yeasts. Quite dry, in overall. A bit spicy and a good bitter end M: Medium body and carbonation. Mild bitter aftertaste O: Good drinkability. Quite dry and lacks sweetness and spiceness to a Belgian Triple. It lacks some orange zest too but, in any case, a Val-Dieu [ BA Review @ 9/15/2012 ]

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein leicht trübes orangebraunes Bier mit ordentlicher Schaumkrone. Geruch sehr malzig fruchtig, blumig, würzig. Geschmack stark malzig, fruchtig, Gewürze, blumig.

UPDATED: MAR 20, 2014 Cloudy orange. Large and persistent white head and good lacing.Wonderful aroma of fine hops, grass, tropical fruits and spices. Similarly complex and balanced fruity taste and aftertaste, highly influenced by Belgian yeast. Lively carbonation. An absolutely superb Belgian ale to be enjoyed all year.

Przyjemny zapach swiezego arbuza melona i ananasa. W smaku slodowosc z biszkoptem, marmolada i zbozowe wrazenia. Smak tresciwy sycacy, lekko gryzacy w jezyk, przyprawowy. Kolendra i pieprz. Finisz cieply i rozgrzewajacy. Slodki pozostawia posmak. Wszystko elegandzko skomponowane. Piwo z imponujaca piana, kapsel zdjety z sykiem. Trwala puszysta piana i spora ilosc drozdzy po wtornej fermentacji. Doskonala kompozycja na swieta z autentycznego browaru klasztornego. Polecam

330ml bottle, Appearance orange hazy with amassive foamy head which leaves quite some lacing Aroma: Faint spices, yeast and alcohol, some artificial chemical notes which I can not place. Taste:coriander, coriander, wheat malt and some butter and apricot jam Finish is spicey with alcohol. thin body, slightly higher then medium carbonation. Not your typical christmas beer, more a regulare Belgian strong ale.

330ml bottle from Beers of Europe. Hazy orange pour, good-sized off-white head. Aromas of yeast, caramel, orange and spices. Strangely thin, peppery finish. Decent enough.
