[Courtesy of yespr - session @ yespr] Hazy golden with medium white head. Sweet fruity aroma with yeasty notes. Same goes for the somewhat sweet flavor that also holds coriander notes.

Bottled, 330ml from Hopduvel Warehouse, Ghent, Belgium. Hazy gold with white head. The estery, bubblegum notes come out in the aroma, but are a little underplayed in the drinking. There is a sweetness to the beer, candy-floss notes with Pear drops and yeast. Sweet cereal in the finish. It’s ok but little more.

Bottle from Au Grain D’Orge - Hazy pale yellow color with a small white head, short lasting and small lacing - Aroma is spicy, yeasty, malty, herbal hops - Flavor is yeasty (popcorn and butter like ester), herbal hops and yeasty - Light body, light bitterness, flat carbo, estery spicy finish - really weird butter flavor and too flat, disappointing

Golden/blonde in colour, a pure white one finger head which lasts. Malty, spicy, orangey aroma. Slightly creamy texture, plenty of spice, some fruitiness, bittersweet finish. Nice.

33cl bottle served in a Delirium Tremens glass. Pours a light straw colour with a voluminous foamy white head which clings to the glass nicely. Quite well carbonated with an aroma of hops and maltiness but less spicy notes than typical of the style. Quite watery for the typical Belgian blonds but drinkable all the same. There are however, better examples at this price point.
