Bottle. Poured a hazy amber with a small particles of yeast sediment floating throughout with an average size white frothy head and had excellent lacing. The aroma had a strong scent of a flowery hops, light grainy malts and a mild soapy yeast odor with notes of citrus. It tasted moderatley bitter and slightly acidic at first then mellowed into a smooth bitter yeasty flavor with notes of citrus that lingered on the palate for a nice while. Mouthfeel was light in body and watery in texture with a nice lively carbonation. Overall an outstanding Abbey ale.

Bottle from local Yamaya store. Sweet yeasty nose, with apples and some wheat notes. Medium straw color. Some fairly dull fruit flavors, apples, pears, minimal hopping, and some alcohol warmth. Thin body, and an excessive carbonation. Not bad. Not really exceptional either.

Fairly standard Belgian blonde ale. Slight citrus taste but a bit too overcarbonated for my liking.

Sweetish, feels heavier in alcohol than the 6 percent it is. Like all their beers certainly not bad, but no winner. 33cl bottle from De Zwart in Wilnis

Bottle, year old from cellar. Murky yellow orange pour with lasting head. Strong aroma of grape juice (red), infused with a general cheese/yeast aroma. Not bad. Taste: mellow saison taste, some faint lemon hints, cheese. Again, not bad.

Golden pour, sour yet fruity! Somehow, it kinda tastes like a Tripel! Nice blonde!

Abbey blonde since 1996 and brewed on the premises of a former monastery, albeit not by monks. Hazy light blonde beer with medium thick, moussy, snow white head; estery, fruity, malt sweetness, yeasty with some soft spiciness, medium strong carbonation, mild herbal hop bitterishness in the finish. Very drinkable, even quenching, but not outstanding.
