bottle. golden orange with good white head and proper lacing. Sweet ana spicy with herbal and floral taste, citrus, yeast. Nice balance of hops and malt. An enjoyable tripel.

33 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with small yeast sediments floating around. Chalk white creamy/crispy head. Yeasty dough like aroma with a whiff of spices. Flavour holds a soft and sweet deep caramel flavour. A light set of spices break this together with a minor yeast note. An astringent bitterness and herbal finish slowly turning more smooth for each sip. Nice.

UPDATED: FEB 28, 2008 Golden beer that turns cloudy only after you pour the sediment in. cider-like appearance with a sudsy beer cap. Smells like pineapple with a slight sourness to it, reminiscent of some grand crus. Distinct sour notes throughout the beer, with slight moldiness. Alcohol is barely noticable.Effervescent mouthfeel with an initial carbonation explosion that quickly evaporates off the tongue. Full, flavorful, and round: a good drinking experience.

750. Pours a cloudy gold with a white head and a bit of sediment. Sweet and full malty aroma maybe some honey. Full body and minimal carbonation. Sweet taste, mostly oxidized apples, but some other fruit as well. Lightly spicy finish.

bottle. white, above average, fizzy head into dark orange hazy body with sediments floating around. aromas of ripe fruit and malts. flavor is sweet throughout. pretty damn good stuff.
