Süßlich-kräuterig in der Nase. Süß-prickelnder Antrunk. Zur Mitte gewürziger, kräuterig. Im Abgang verdichtet sich das Bier, erscheint bitterer, bisweilen etwas streng-hopfig. Solides Tripel, jedoch kein überdurchschnittlcihes Produkt. Test vom 8.12.2008, Gebinde: Glasflasche

Solid yeast and effervescence as well as decently malty, slightly sweet. Pretty good for the style.

Pretty sweet tripel. Nice and easy to drink with a good gold color and nice froathy head. Nice bit of alcohol keeps it top of palate.

Bottle bought in Belgium last month. A hazy golden/amber coloured pour with a decent white head on top. Sweet, fruity Belgian aroma. Tastes sweet, bready, spice, fruity, some honey. A decent Belgian Triple.

330mL bottle poured hazy golden color with big white head, good head retention and fine lacing. Aroma is of grains and yeast with some spice. Taste is moderately sweet with some yeast and spice and a long moderately hoppy finish. Decent carbonation and body. As far as triples go this is about average.

Pours a fairly clear golden color with a bit of sediment a big head and some lace. The aroma is floral & malty with a mild peppery note and some alcohol. The flavor is nice, fruity with some banana, some peppery notes, & some notable but not really annoying alcohol flavor. The beer is a shade on the sweet side for what I prefer in a tripel but it’s tasty enough to redeem that shortfall. Classic stylistic honey and grainy maltiness are present throughout and this is a beer I would not hesitate to drink again.
