Val-Dieu Triple is the result of a long fermentation, scrupulously followed by the brewmaster. Its deep yet soft bitterness does not interfer with the discovery of its components. The taste of the hop comes through, naturally aromatized, accompanied by an alcoholic after taste. It can be associated with refined dishes and ranks among the great beers. It may be found in the some of the most exclusive restaurants.

Ingredients: Pilsen malt, Saaz and Spalter hops, sugar, live yeast, natural water from the region.

Big bottle purchased at Total Wine & Spirits and consumed with commonshawn. Really attractive looking beer with a quarter finger head that lingers. Spices on the nose with a little bit of fruit (banana) aroma playing along. Taste is completely in the vein of a standard tripel with spices complementing the Belgian yeast and alcohol warmth. Little bit of fruit and spiciness as expected from the style. Mouthfeel has some effervescent qualities. Very high quality effort probably just shy of the top tier of tripels. Improves as it comes to room temp. Let’s Val Dieu it again!

UPDATED: NOV 19, 2015 Dorata e torbida, schiuma frizzante di media persistenza. Aroma di caramello, speziata. Sapore di malto, dolce con un finale un minimo amaro. Carbonazione medio alta, alcol abbastanza presente.

Clear blond with white head. Sour, spices, malty finish bitter and sweet. OK but there are lots of triples I prefer

WYGLĄD: Barwa złota, zmętnione. Piana średniej wysokości, drobna, krótka.
AROMAT: Dość intensywny. Sporo estrów (morele) i fenoli. W tle przyprawowość oraz słodowość.
SMAK: Pół-słodkie. Słodowe z niezłą kontrą przyprawowo-ziołową. Delikatny posmak morelowy.

---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Dorada ambar, dos dedos de espuma que deja película. Turbia. Aroma especiado y levadura belga. En boca es seca, frutal, especiada y de punto picante. Base acaramelada. Equlibrada. Bien cuerpo y bien de gas. Final mas dulce y alcohólico. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Hazy yellow color with white foam head. Aroma has some of the smell of white wine with Belgian yeast in de background. Taste is medium sweet, peppery and fruity. Good Triple.
