750ml c&c bottle. Cloudy gold pour, with a large white head. Sweet fruit (pear, light banana), light bread, yeast, and sugary sweetness. Pretty good for a triple, maybe it’s the American made triples I don’t like.

Again the color is pretty standard, Kind of hazy yellow. Smell is nice, taste good and carbonation full but not too much.

Bottle @ pub. Very, very good taste for a Tripel. Mouthfeel isn’t my favorite with the big bubbles.

33cl bottle at home. Clear medium orange color with a average, frothy, good lancing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty and yeasty. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to lively.

Poured into glass showing a nice yellow colour, kinda hazy too. Fantastic, full mouthfeel, really round and well balanced. Flavour has yeastiness and malts with some subtle fruity undertones. When I can find it, I will defintely pick it up again.

Süßer Alkoholgeruch. Würzig-fruchtiger Antrunk, ab dem Mittelteil deutlich hopfig. Eine Malznote ist hier bereits erahnbar, kommt aber erst im Nachgeschmack richtig zum Tragen. Hier ist das Bier zwar röstmalzig, dies wird aber durch die alkoholische Süße übertüncht. Leckeres Bier, mir ist die Süße hinten herum zu krass, die Röstmalzigkeit könnte ruhig mehr in den Vordergrund rücken. Test vom 11.2.2007, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 11,11,10,10,10,10

Golden body with a frothy white head. Sweet fruity aroma of apples, pears and green grapes with a touch of spice. Flavour is cinnamon bread with a nice strong flavour with minimal alcohol presence. Full bodied nice smooth mouthfeel and well balanced.
