sneagrams3 (1453), St. Louis, Missouri, USA Mar 10, 2008 Tasted 3/10/08. 330ml bottle. Best before 10/04/09. Hazy and sedimented. Dense core. Lemon honey caramel hue. I guess that I’m just associating the impending flavors. Spotty white head. Doughy caramel aromas. Dried bananas and cooked sugar. Touch grainy. Rather full bodied but deceptively smooth. Well melded alcohol. Sweet initially then immediately into bitter and tart, finishing zesty and fruity. Good roll to the palate. Crisp and medium bright. Slightly dulled, but just to enhance the caramel honey note. Lingering bitter acidity. Cloying malt stickiness. One of their better offerings. Nice.
