Test vom 22.7.2007, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 11,10,9,11,5,10

Pale amber with a small head. Looks rather bland but really not too bad a brew. Sweet doughy aroma. Very smooth with a malty flavor to it. Just a touch of hops on the finish. Not bad for as a session beer.

Draught at Hotel Le Saint Romain, Romainmotier. Clear, golden colour with a thinner, creamy white head. Sweet aroma with grasses, pale malts and fruits. Taste is light sweet. Medium body with a creamy texture and an average carbonation. Finishes slightly dry with fruits and grasses. Very nice Lager.

Bottled. A golden beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma has notes of straw, malt, and eggs. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, metal, and a bit of hops, leading to a dry metallic finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.
