Bottle: Gusher (must be the time of the year..) Big and lively but quick disappearing white head, which leaves a thin island on top of a muddy brown with white pieces in between, special color.. (true christmas) Smell lots of yeast, wet stones, cellar, dust, wild yeast, older apricot and peach, hops, wood, flowers, berries, grapes. Smells good! Taste sour, yeast, sour fruit, stones, cellar, some spices, fruits, dust, old hops, old flowers, hint of wild yeast, sour, berries, grapes, wheat. The aftertaste is also sour and there are some hints of sour fruit, wheat and yeast. Low to medium carbo, soft light spicy mouthfeel, medium to full body and a light watery to light creamy texture. Beerwise, this is the surprise for Christmas. Did absolutely not expect this. Very nice and a good beer!
