Bottled, thanks Lilith, Nigredo & Panzerfaust! Cloudy amber. Citric nose. Light-medium bodied. Sadly the lemon and citric acidity from an infection completely rules this beer. There are some caramel underneath, and some light hops, but no - in this state it doesn’t work.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Pours a nice copper color, a bit hazy with s medium-sized off-white head that goes quickly and leaves a small lacing. Nice aroma of yeast and apples with hints of honey. Flavor is overall sweet, with hints of tea and apple juice, a bit chalky feeling and sometimes lemon hints in the aftertaste. Texture is a bit watery but still nice, carbonation is soft and pleasant. Great beer for Chilean standards.

Lightly hazed golden ale with a thin white head. Lighly yeasty and lemony aroma. In mouth, sweet malt with light apple notes. Rather light. Went good with the marinera pizza. Bottle at O solo pasta, Punta Arenas. 1350P.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours a hazy orange/amber color with CO2 bubbles sparkling and a very small off-white and short lived head that leaves no lacing.
Aroma is hoppy with some flower hints and strong notes of honey, red apples and grapes. Very promising and inviting to a big sip.
Flavor is wonderfully sweet, not cloying at all but very refreshing. It shows soft touches of honey combined with apple juice, watermelon and a little of dark Ceylon tea. The great ending shows a light nutty bitterness.
Body is also light which allows a very refreshing character. Maybe this beer starts a little timid but becomes more and more bold with warming. The carbonation is soft and texture is a little bit watery. One of the best Chilean ales. Balanced and with a nice aftertaste.

Yellow, a bit clowdy color -I had only candles light when I tried it, it’s possible some imprecision-. White head, thin but persistent. Pleasing aroma, vaguely frutal. Well defined refreshing taste, little bittereness, a bit sweet. Alcohol not well concealed. Thinner than cream texture. Aftertaste vaguely bitter.
