750 ml corked (but not "caged") green "wine" bottle, from Vinmonopolet Verksgt., Stavanger. ABV is 6%. Spontanously fermented, organic, no additives. Slightly hazy straw colour, still cider with only the faintest hint of natural carbonation. Nice aroma of fresh apples. The flavour is mid between dry and sweet (perhaps a tad on the dry side), with notes of cider apples. Easy drinking, okay.

Hazy light straw color. Aromas of funk, vinneagar and apples. Quite dry and sour, Notes of green apples with some barn-like funkiness. Cider is not usually my thing, but this one had a good balance.

Bottled@Inez. Tampere (backlog). Yellowish golden colour, no head. Aroma is white wine, mild vinegar, some sweet ripe apples as well. Flavour is rather much the same in a quite dry way. Pleasantly balanced.

0.75 l bottle (vintage 2008) at Vihreä haltiatar, Jyväskylä. Bright pale golden color. Fresh ripe apple and dry white wine (chardonnay) notes. Soft acidity. Almost no carbonation and no sediment, feels like watered white wine. Feels low on tannings but this is still somehow fairly mouthcoating.
