Clear light yellow orange color with a small, fizzy, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, light hoppy, flower, old apples. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. (070808)

Cask@GBBF2007. Clear golden colour, not much white head. Aroma is fruity hops along with some wood and slight barnyardy hints. Flavour is hoppy, grassy and slightly earthy.

Cask @ Quinns, Kentish Town. Pours a clear pale golden color with a small white head. Fruity malty hoppy aroma. Sweet smooth malty and hoppy flavor with some hints of citrus. Malty and hoppy bitter finish, with a dry bitter aftertaste.

Cask, 4.8% at GBBF08. OK citric hop aroma. Hazy golden colour, good stable white head. Good citric flavour, a bit rough but nice.

Cask at GBBF 08. Gold, thin white head. It’s a fine golden ale, some toffee, some hop, some fullness because of the alcohol. But ultimately a little empty. Some lemon flavour towards the end.

Clear golden with tiny white head. Sweet fruity aroma with malty notes. Sweet flavor with caramel and malty notes with mild itter hops in the end.

Draft. Very slightly hazy pale gold beer, no head. Low carbonation. Semi dry palate. Mild hoppy fruits, very moderate bitterness. Clear honey. Finishes with more mild hop fruits. Goes down easy.
