Cask - The Fat Cat Brewery Tap, Norwich. Small & uniform lace-leaving off-white head on a clear darkish amber body. Sweet juicy fruit aromas. Good biscuity pale malts, mid fruits, citrus, nice orange, grassy hop on the tongue with a dryish toasty malt bitterness. Light to medium body, soft palate texture, light carbonation & a lingering, medium intensity finish.
