Cask in the Market Porter. Aroma is biscuity caramel malt, grassy and bit of peppery hop. Taste is similar, fairly balanced but a bit boring.

Cask, Far From The Madding Crowd, Oxford. Used penny copper, a bit of off-white bubbles. Caramel, sherry, blackberry aroma. Sweet brown sugar malt, almost enough hops for balance. Medium palate, clean finish.

Cask @ Far From the Madding crowd, Oxford. Pours a dark amber color with a small off-white head. Fruity malty aroma with some hoppy hints. Fruity malty and hoppy caramel flavor. Long malty finish with a slightly bitter aftertaste.

Pours a copper colour with some creamy white head. Slightly malty aroma, bitter taste with a little bit of sweetness in the finish. Not bad, but not particularly unique.

Cask@Criterion, Leicester. Very red beer with a light head. The aroma is weak and the flavour is very dry. Overall a nice very dry beer.
