Slight haze, but not hazy enough for my hefes. Nose is predominately fruity, mild banana, a bit of citrus. Taste at least is as I like my hefe’s, lots of ripe banana, a touch of cloves. Okay.

In short: A delicate hefe-weizen. Decent thirst beer when very fresh
How: Bottle at Tonique, Piatra Neamt, Romania
The look: Cloudy yellow body topped by a medium white head with good retention
In long: The delicate nose has some bananas with notes of bubblegum. Body feels very light, a bit fluffy, but not watery at all. Carbonation was a perfect amount of soft bubbles. Taste has notes of fresh bananas, fresh hay, a bit too much residual sugars, some grassy noble hops. I never bothered trying this beer in North-America but I must say that a fresh bottle in Europe is a very acceptable thirst beer. A decent thirst beer but since freshness is the key word here, me buying this beer back in my own North-American is as unlikely as me washing my hand when nobody else is in the bathroom.

Bottle: The aroma consists banana, sweet citrus, lemon, and light clove. It pours a cloudy dull golden-orange with a moderate white head that leaves behind some spotty lacing. The flavor starts with mild banana, citrus, and a touch of bubblrlegum. The finish has some mild clove. Light-medium bodied with soft carbination. Overall, certainly not world class, but still pretty good.

Well , this one was bought gor 28 pesos at a Mexicali,Mexico Wal Mart (San Pedro to be specifical) not a bad beer by any means but not that good as other German Weizen like Paulaner et,al,Does have a good balance at the palate, good that it doesnt have any banana touch like most of this style and the body its unfiltered(cloudy)-gold yellow with a long lasting white foam head.Average at best.

500 ml.bottle. Cloudy deelp golden colour, good head that doesn’t hold. Smell is wet earth, cloves, fainted hint of banana, lemon and spices. A bit watery palate, taste is the same as the smell, with more banana and a more rounded flavor. Not the best I’ve tried, but one you can drink easily.

Hazy dark golden colour with small to average size off-white head. Wheat, yeast, banana, caramel, spices and toffee sweetness in aroma. Wheat, yeast, mild hops, mild banana and candy in flavour. Quite basic Hefeweizen but rather tasty as well.

50cl can. Hazy yellow pour with a big white head. Wheat, banana and fruits in the aroma. Decent taste with the banana and wheat again. Could use some more body. Ok aftertaste with some hops. Overall an okay German Hefeweizen. Refreshing.
