Ceramic bottle 70 cl [Courtesy of yespr, thanks buddy] Body was clear with a golden honey like color. Aroma of fruity sweet, honey, raisins, alcohol, butter. Medium to full bodied with an alcoholic texture. Heavy sweet flavor. Sweet finish.

Sep 7, 2008 75 cl bottle. Color like white wine, no head. Elder aroma, sweet, honey, sugar and some fruit. Sweet honet flavor, sugar, syrup, some apples. Too sweet, but alcohol is well hidden.

Jun 27, 2008 Bottled. Golden coloured. Unclear. Medicin, honey and sweetness in the aroma. Flavour is a bit cloying. LIght alcohol, honey and a light chemical touch. Thin. Sweetish and cloying end.

Pale blond color. The aroma is quite flowery (elderflowers), with a light vanilla touch. Sweet and lightly flowery flavor, not syrupy as other Meads, with a light cake touch, and with some alcohol. Average.

Mar 20, 2008 700 ml bottle, RBNAG07. Very pale golden colour. No head. Strong appley aroma. Smooth texture. Gentle apple flavours with hints of honey. Aftertaste is slightly sweet. Light smooth texture. Nice mead and is actually very drinkable.
