Hazy blond color. It has a grassy aroma, light manure. Simple flavor, with very light malt and manure. It may sound weird, but it’s not a bad beer.

500 ml bottle, courtesy of Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. Like all bottled beers from this brewery, it is filtered to remove all remaining yeast (but possibly not pasteurised?). ABV is 4.0%. Pale golden colour, moderate white head. Fairly boring "dusty" aroma. Soft mouthfeel. The flavour is better than the aroma, some fruity hops, quite refreshing. A sharpish bitterness in the aftertaste.

Pours light yellow golden with a small white head. Aroma of light syrup, Taste is light sweet, acidic and bitter. Short sour finish , slightly astringent.. Watery texture with a soft carbonation. Uninteresting. (9.12.2009 Bottle @ Cardinal, Onsdag^2)

Clear medium yellow orange color with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, hay, straw, toasted, peat, moderate hoppy. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration, peaty. Body is light medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20090911]

Botella. Pale golden. Aroma of some grains, bit fruity and some light smoke/sulphor. Flavour of fruit and some malt with some sulphor.

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is mild hops fruity. light citrusy note. Bitter, mild smoked to leathery with a nice crisp citrusy hops note. Sulphorish dry. Off.

clear yellow, small white head. sweet, grains, aroma is good. flavor is mild,f lowery , ever so slightrly citrussy.

Clear golden with a medium white head. Aroma had sulphur, mat and fruity notes. Flavour was of off with sulphur notes.
