Dark amber pour with a khaki head. Strong banana, pepper, and coriander notes. Toffee, caramel, and dark fruit sweetness, particularly red grapes. There’s a slight acidity to the flavor and tons of dark fruit notes. Lots of banana, some pepper, coriander, and yeast. Plenty of toast, toffee, and some notes of caramel. Interesting beer, particularly as one of the regulars.
