Bottle. Murky amber pour with a monster khaki carbonated head. Aroma is orange zest, melon, some malt, and spice. Sharp carbonation on the palate. Taste is light caramel malt and some hop zing. Pretty good beer.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Not quite what I was expecting, but certainly not bad. Malt dominates the hoppy flavor profile and leaves this feeling a bit like a hoppy barleywine than an IPA.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle from Skyview. Hazy copper with a medium tan head that dissipates slowly. Aroma of tropical fruit, melons, caramel, toffee and a bit of floralness. Odd but interesting. Taste of weird fruit, heavy caramel, mild floralness and tropical fruit. Interesting but not hoppy enough.

2.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
Bottle. Pours dark red amber with a fizzy carbonation and little khaki head dissipates. Aroma is boozy spice banana clove and orange zest. Taste is all of the above with a stale hop presence. Palate is medium and fizzy with a dry cloying finish. This does not drink like an IPA more like a quad or Belgian strong ale all Christmas like.
